A dream, some hard work, color, fun, and love. Combined together, I instantly think of Savannah and Connor’s wedding at Hidden River Ranch in Lampasas, Texas. With the help of photographer Madison Diane Photography, caterer Chuy’s, hair and makeup by Think Brink Beauty, florist The Sunrise Petal Company (previously Perry's Petals), rentals from Monarch Event Rentals, cake by Confectious Pastry Shop, bartenders from Honeymoon Saloon, dress from Amore Bridal, Kachemak Bay Flying Services, and Sienna String Quartet, this wedding turned out to be amazing!
Let’s talk about the obvious beauty of this wedding: the colors! Savannah and Connor’s color scheme included sage, dusty blue, and pinks. The bride even requested each vendor wear a spring color instead of black. The day exuded joy! The couple especially envisioned a floral arrangement highlighting the balcony in the reception space. With extra time put in at work, they were able to partner with florist The Sunrise Petal Company to make the dream come to life!
An important vendor for the couple was the Sienna String Quartet that played during the ceremony & cocktail hour. They took a break from pictures during cocktail hour to just enjoy the music and I could see why! The musicians played covers of popular songs that everyone was able to enjoy. The Honeymoon Saloon bar trailer was also such a hit. Good service, delicious drinks, and a fun bar alternative provided a comfortable and fun atmosphere-along with the marquee sign that added a unique touch!
I truly felt that Savannah and Connor were just enjoying themselves and each other the entire day! They loved and laughed, danced and dreamed. From their sweet first look and private vows under the gazebo before the ceremony, to their final group dance to Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” and a helicopter exit, I was honored to be their planner!
